Flood Search report is a risk screening report designed to provide a cost effective overview upon whether a property lies on or within an area defined by the Environment Agency as a floodplain. It is designed to be used by solicitors and other property professionals and covers a single parcel of land / single property.
The Flood Searches report looks primarily at Environmental Agency flood data. It is based on the addresses and grid reference provided and the replies are given in reliance on the accuracy and completeness of this information.
The information in the report is supplied under licence from various sources including the Environment Agency and the Ordnance Survey.

Flood Searches and Reports are available for residential and commercial properties. These results take between 5-7 working days
