Norwich Union has joined forces with home information pack (HIPs) software provider Hip2go.com to allow solicitors to order and create Home Information PacksIPs through their website.
Solicitors who currently purchase title indemnity insurance will be able to order HIPs through the Norwich Union website. Alternatively they will be able to connect to Hip2go.com via a link and access the software to create their own HIPs using their preferred working partners.
Hip2go.com will have access to all major component providers through their web based solution.
Nina Woodwiss, business manager at Norwich Union’s Legal Indemnity Department, said:
“We are really impressed with Hip2go.com’s software solution for HIPs which has been through rigorous testing. We believe they will be a valuable partner and we are fully prepared for the introduction of HIPs on June 1st.”
The Norwich Union Legal Indemnity On Line (LION) service is also tightly integrated with Searchflow.
